What limits apply to the Free plan?
The Free plan runs on our shared cloud with clear usage limits: up to 5 users, 5 GB storage and 5 GB/month data transfer, plus fair-use API rate limits. Need more headroom? You can move to a custom tier at any time.
Is this a per-user subscription?
No. We license the software to you for a one-time fee — the custom build is yours, with no per-user monthly fees or per-seat charges. The only recurring costs are annual support and, if we host for you, annual hosting.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do. For SME and Enterprise custom builds, the ownership of the code and Intellectual Property (IP) belongs to the client — it's your asset, not a licence to use ours. The Free tier is the standard edition running on our shared cloud.
What do the software licenses include?
The license fee is a one-time charge covering the entire development, configuration, testing, and deployment of your application — web, iOS, and Android. Implementation and consulting are included at no extra cost, and the license never recurs.
Is data migration included in the license price?
No — migration is quoted separately after we scope your legacy systems, because volumes and data quality vary widely. Every solution page shows the typical SME and Enterprise migration ranges so you can budget up front.
What does training cover?
Training is a one-time service for your team, delivered remotely or on-site. It's quoted based on team size and locations, and each solution page shows typical SME and Enterprise ranges.
What's the difference between 'We Host' and 'You Host'?
With 'We Host', we manage the cloud infrastructure, security updates, and backups. With 'You Host', we provide infrastructure scripts for your own cloud and the hosting fee is waived.
Why are prices different for each region?
We adjust pricing based on regional economic factors to ensure our solutions are accessible worldwide.
Can I switch hosting modes later?
Yes. You can start with our managed hosting and later migrate to your own infrastructure (or vice versa). We provide migration assistance.
